Why I live in Ischia #4

Just the other day as I was finishing my lazy breakfast, I heard the resident rooster calling. I went outside to investigate.
The morning had been dreary, but just in front of me through the "window" on my balcony I noticed the sun finally penetrating those persistent clouds, low over the mountain. I came out of an open-mouthed stupor induced by the strangest light I've ever seen in time to get my camera so that I could share with you one special moment from my day.
The light had changed, but the image remained. I took a deep breath of cool island air and thanked the rooster for reminding me why I'm here.

That's a stunning image, I'm now officially depressed :(

But I'm confused, do you live in a cave?

depressed! there's nothing more depressing than living in a cave. that's probably why i had no idea that justin timberlake and cameron diaz were broken up.

Okay but ... she writes, taking a deep breath, this doesn't help me with why I'm living in Belgium ... doesn't help me at all, she mutters more to herself.

I can't link to you because I can't have the option of reading you everyday ... it would finish my relationship with the Belgian.

Keep sharing, clearly I have this thing for paining my soul and you write so well that you make me smile, in spite of the fact that I'm living in Belgium because of this Belgian bloke that I met.

p.s. i didn't know justin and cameron were together and so missed their seperation!!

hmmm, i should go back to learning dutch. clearly, not being able to read the magazines at the supermarket checkout is effecting my knowledge base in serious ways.

I spent many summers in casamicciola - my aunt lived there. The saddest day of my life was when my father sold the family home. My dream is to live in Ischia someday. You're an inspiration. What kind of "work" do you do. I wonder how I can support myself.
