I think it's time we focus on what really matters

I am so sick of hearing about the war in Iraq and starving people. Everywhere I turn all I hear and read is "should we pull out of Iraq?" or "what are we doing about the people in Darfur?"

I don't wish to scold, but I am very disappointed to read and hear such superficial drivel when there are REAL issues happening in this world such as the battle between the likes of Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey or the debate over whether or not green is the new pink. Speaking of starving people, who will decide if Lindsay Lohan is anorexic or just working out if we don't start a dialogue?

I would suggest that you all stop perpetuating such shallow discourse focused on the "war" in "Iraq," and begin to "concentrate" on the "more important issue" of your upcoming spring wardrobe.

agreeing totally with you, my post took a completely different turn today! Iraq, Iran, so trivial... Now finding out if Priscilla Presley had another plastic surgery...those are the news to watch out for. Thanks for setting us straight! ;)
btw, love it when you do the accent. Had the hardest time figuring out what you meant by "solooshins" at the eprof2 blog.

How about this for something that really matters. I just looked at the link on the bottom of you blog page that says top 25 sites and you made it. You are number 25 and should I dare to say that you are on your way to the top. Or maybe it is just a proud Dad talking. Cheeeeeeeeck iiiiiiiit ouuuuut!!!

hey dad, thanks, but i don't think that means top 25. i'm really not sure what it means, but i'm sure it doesn't mean top of anything...sorry :/

you know, maybe that "25" means that my blog makes me look like i am 25 years old...there's someting to get excited about...

Haha - even on the news today they asked why they don't report more on the good things. One thing I found in Canada is that they do, which I like, so I watch those stations because they could actually report on stuff like getting a new wardrobe or something...

I'd love to do that too! It's pooring rain here today so I'm not sure if I'll be in the mood to move much...

Tracie - a request. some more photos of your area, especially on a lovely spring day. :)

LOL! Let's not forget, is Nick Lachey really dating that girl from Laguna Beach, is Vince helping Jen over her heartbreak, will Britney kick Kevin to the curb, why did Jessica have an affair with Adam from Maroon 5? These are much more pressing issues, than the state of our public schools, the war, global warming, North Korea or finding Osama bin ladin.

Hey! Stop there!! One REALLY important question:
How do you managed to get comments from your family?
For me that's something imposible to achieve....

I love your blog.
Straight to blogrolling.

I've often thought about having guest slippers in my house because I have hard wood floors on a second story. How does that fly in Italy?

You're still caught in the dynamics of shallowness, Tracie. The world won't become a better place until Elisabetta Canalis and Vieri are back together for good. This whole string of break-ups and make-ups is keeping the whole damn world on the edge.

We need to hear about how Bruce Willis Kojak ass got lucky with Petra Nemcova, the death of the Chef in South Park, and Sharon Stone having no problem doing a nude scene, featured on the best news organization on the planet, FAUX!
