"This must be just like livin' in paradise...
It seems as though son-of-a-jackal from the post below may be busier than we previously thought. This is the front-page headline from the local newspaper the other day:
"Microtassista Impazzito Massacra il Passeggero!"
That means "Crazed Taxi Driver Massacres Passenger." No, really. Apparently the customer was unpleasantly surprised by the request of 40 euro from the taxi driver for the 10 minute ride. They haggled, settled on 30, and the passenger asked for a receipt. By this time, the passenger was outside of the car communicating through the window. The driver closed the window on his arm and proceeded to drag him about 200 meters. The man survived with broken bones and facial lacerations. Wow.
Of course I can't say for sure that it was the same driver, but I bet they have the same mamma.

Wow Tra you are luckey he only yelled at you! You need to tell that taxi driver DO NOT MAKE ME COME OVER THERE! On second thought, maybe I do need to come over there.

My suspicion is that the taxi driver was deeply troubled by the firing of Tom Cruise and could no longer supress his anger. Umm, either that or it's gotta be the strong coffee over there.

Those crazy taxi drivers! Have you experienced them in New York City? I always feel lucky to arrive at my destination still ALIVE!
